Therapy for Young Adults

Figuring out the grown up part

For people 18 to 25, and college students, who feel like everyone else got a manual they never received.

Who it is for

Somewhere between who you were and who you're becoming

Maybe you just moved for school or a job. Maybe you're back home and it feels strange. You might be doing fine on paper while feeling lonely, flat, or quietly panicked about what comes next.

What we work on

The usual suspects

Work or college
Choosing a path, switching majors, or dreading Monday.
Dating
Apps, situationships, and learning what you want.
Friendships
Old friends drifting and new ones taking time.
Loneliness
Feeling isolated even in a busy city.
Moving
A new place, a new routine, and nobody who knows you yet.
Burnout
Running on caffeine and guilt for too long.
Feeling stuck
Knowing something needs to change, not knowing what.

How Naomi works

A grown up conversation, not a lecture

Naomi treats you as the expert on your own life. She remembers how disorienting it was to start over in a new country as a teenager, and she brings that same curiosity to the in between years.

Sessions might cover a fight with a roommate one week and big questions about family the next. Both count. Associate clinicians, joining in October 2026, will also see young adults.

If you are an LGBTQ+ young adult working out how to be yourself with family, friends, or at work, that is welcome here too. Sessions can also help when a first job, a breakup, and a move all land in the same season.

What can shift

A little more footing

Some clients start making decisions with less second guessing. Others find words for what they want from friends or partners. There's no set result, just steady attention to what matters to you.

What sessions look like

Fits around class and shifts

Weekly video sessions you can take from your dorm, your car, or a borrowed study room. If you're in California, Arizona, or Missouri, you can be seen.

Fees in brief

Work with Naomi at $200 or an associate clinician at $150, for a 45-minute session.

With Naomi

$200 individual, 45 min

$250 couples, 60 min

Associate clinicians

Questions

About therapy for young adults

Can my parents pay?
Yes. Who pays doesn't change your confidentiality as an adult client.
I'm at school in another state. Can I still come?
Only while you're physically in California, Arizona, or Missouri for each session.
Can I get a superbill for my parents' plan?
Yes. Check with the plan about out-of-network coverage first.
