    Being in a new environment or culture can be challenging—especially when it’s hard to find someone who not only speaks your language but also truly understands your experiences and emotions. You may find it difficult to express your thoughts in English, or you may long for therapy where you feel fully understood.

    I offer therapy in German so you can open up without language barriers. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to gain clarity and find a path toward greater well-being.

Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood – and that is my top priority. In our sessions, we will create a space where you can openly talk about your concerns without fear of misunderstandings. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions, break old patterns, and find new ways to cope with challenges.

Therapy with a therapist who speaks both German and English can be especially helpful, as we can switch between languages when needed. Some thoughts and emotions are easier to express in one language than the other, and in our work together, we have the flexibility to use both. As someone who navigates life in two languages, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it and can support you with empathy and insight.

What to expect

Free 15-minute initial consultation – A chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what you're looking for in therapy, and see if we’re a good fit.

First session – We will discuss how therapy works, your expectations, and I will give you space to share your current situation and challenges. This is the first step in finding a way forward together.

Ongoing therapy – First, we will identify your key concerns and set clear goals. Then, through a personalized process, we will work on challenging thought patterns, resolving emotional blocks, and developing new coping strategies—all at your own pace.
