Who it is for

Swiping, hoping, and getting tired

Maybe the apps have worn you down, or you keep landing in relationships that feel familiar in the worst way. This page is for anyone dating, of any gender or orientation. Therapure is LGBTQ+ affirming.

You might be newly single after a long relationship, or dating for the first time after coming out. Each brings its own nerves, hopes, and questions. Whatever your situation, you can talk about it openly here.

  • Dating feels like a second job
  • You lose yourself in new partners
  • You leave before they can
  • You attract people who aren't available

How Naomi works

Curious about your history, focused on your future

Naomi brings psychodynamic curiosity to how early relationships shaped your expectations of love. IFS helps with the parts that rush in, or run away.

She is direct in a friendly way. If she notices a pattern in the stories you tell about your dates, she'll say so, and you can decide what to do with it.

What can shift

Choosing with more clarity

Some clients start noticing red flags sooner. Others feel steadier being themselves on a date. There is no guarantee of finding a partner; the focus is on how you show up and what you want.

What sessions look like

Your love life, your pace

Weekly 45 minute video sessions. Some clients bring a recent date to unpack, others want to talk about a relationship years in the past. Both are useful.

Fees in brief

Individual sessions

Dating work is usually one on one: $200 for 45 minutes with Naomi or $150 with an associate clinician. Couples rates apply once a partner joins: $250 with Naomi or $175 with an associate, for 60 minutes. Rates and Insurance
