This notice covers the Therapure website, run by Therapure Marriage and Family Counseling, Inc., and the basics of how information is handled in therapy with Naomi Lutz, LMFT. Before your first session you will also receive a full written notice of privacy practices, which you can ask about at any time, by email or in session.

Telehealth
How sessions are held
Sessions take place on a secure telehealth platform designed for healthcare. We will share details about the platform before your first session.
Confidentiality
What stays private, and the limits
What you share in therapy is confidential. The law sets some limits, such as a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult. Naomi reviews these with every client at the start.
Records
Your clinical records
Therapists keep brief notes about each session, stored securely and kept only as long as the law requires. You can ask to see or receive a copy of your records. We will talk through the request with you.
Email and text
A note on everyday messages
Regular email and text messages are convenient but not fully private. We keep them to scheduling and simple questions. Please save personal details for sessions, where the setting is more secure.
This website
Cookies and visits
This preview does not use advertising trackers. The hosting service may keep basic technical logs, like the time of a visit, to keep the site running. We do not sell or share information about visitors.
Telehealth location
Where you are during sessions
Because Naomi is licensed in California, Arizona, and Missouri, you need to be located in one of those three states at the time of each session. If you travel, let us know ahead of time so we can plan.

When this notice changes
When the full site launches and online requests open, this notice will be updated to explain how request information is handled. The date of the latest version will appear on this page.
