Online Therapy
Online Therapy in Tempe
For Tempe young adults, students, and recent graduates. Online therapy can include the questions that arrive between classes, a first job, dating, and deciding what comes next.

What You Bring
You do not need to have a five-year answer.
College and the years after graduation can make everyone else's plans look clearer than your own. You may be choosing a career while a relationship changes, or trying to build friendships outside a familiar routine. Family expectations can complicate decisions that already feel large. I work with young adults who want room to think, including those who feel embarrassed that getting an opportunity has not made them feel more certain.
How Online Sessions Work
Find a room that belongs to this conversation.
We meet on secure video while you are located in California, Arizona, or Missouri. A shared apartment or campus setting may require planning for privacy. Choose a room where nobody can listen, and allow the full appointment time. If the connection cuts out, we try again and follow the phone backup we agreed on before sessions begin. I am licensed in California, Arizona, and Missouri, not providing care through your college.

Individual Therapy
Individual sessions run 45 minutes. You can bring dating, family boundaries, loneliness, changing identity, or the feelings around graduation. We do not have to decide your future in one sitting.

Couples Therapy
Couples sessions run 60 minutes. Partners can discuss commitment, trust, or different plans after college. We look at how you handle differences without assuming you should want the same timeline.

We can question the timetable, not just your choices.
Narrative therapy helps us look at stories about falling behind or choosing the wrong path. Internal Family Systems makes room for the part that wants freedom and the part that wants certainty. Psychodynamic ideas connect present worries with earlier experiences of approval. Emotionally Focused Therapy, in couples sessions, helps us understand what happens when uncertainty leads one partner to seek reassurance and the other to pull away.
