Online Therapy
Online Therapy in Santa Monica
Online therapy for Santa Monica adults and couples, including creative and tech professionals. Your life can look healthy and balanced while the way you feel tells a different story.

What You Bring
Good routines do not explain every feeling.
You might exercise and see friends while feeling worn down or emotionally absent. Creative work can make feedback feel personal, and tech work can keep you mentally on call. A relationship may get whatever attention is left. I work with adults who want to talk about burnout without having to prove they have stopped functioning, and couples who miss feeling present with each other.
How Online Sessions Work
Make space that is not another workspace.
Secure video lets us meet without a trip across town. Choose a private room, headphones if useful, and uninterrupted time while you are in California, Arizona, or Missouri. If the connection fails, we try reconnecting or consider phone according to the backup plan we have discussed. I am licensed in California, Arizona, and Missouri. You need privacy, not an impressive setting.

Your Experience and the Space Between Partners

Individual Therapy
A 45-minute individual session can include burnout, creative uncertainty, anxiety, or feeling detached from a life you chose. We can start with the moments when you notice yourself checking out.

Couples Therapy
A 60-minute couples session offers time for arguments about attention, intimacy, or who carries which responsibilities. I help you understand the repeating interaction, rather than score each person's effort.

We can pay attention before you reach your limit.
Internal Family Systems helps us understand the part that keeps doing more even when another part is exhausted. Narrative therapy questions ideas about wellness or success that have become another standard to meet. Psychodynamic work connects those standards with earlier expectations. In couples sessions, Emotionally Focused Therapy helps us look at the distance that can develop when both partners are stretched thin and neither wants to ask for more.
