Online Therapy
Online Therapy in Phoenix
For Phoenix professionals, couples, and people new to the Valley. Online sessions make room for a conversation that does not have to compete with another drive across town.

What You Bring
Arriving is not always the same as feeling settled.
A new role or move to the Valley can be exciting and disorienting at the same time. You may spend your days building a career while your evenings feel less connected than you expected. Couples sometimes find that settling into Phoenix brings different needs for friendship, family contact, or time together. We can talk about what the move has stirred up, rather than assuming you should be grateful and move on.
How Online Sessions Work
A conversation outside the workday rush
I meet you through secure video while you are in California, Arizona, or Missouri. A private room matters more than a perfect backdrop. Set aside uninterrupted time and use headphones if others are nearby. If video disconnects, we reconnect or discuss switching to phone according to our agreed backup plan. I am licensed in California, Arizona, and Missouri; we confirm your location rather than relying only on your home address.

Time for Yourself or Your Partnership

Individual Therapy
In 45-minute individual sessions, we can discuss overwork, loneliness, family distance, and difficulty resting. You can bring a recent situation rather than summarize your entire life at once.

Couples Therapy
During 60-minute couples sessions, we look at repeated disagreements, trust, and the impact of changing schedules. Both partners help us understand the pattern, including the moments before the argument begins.

We notice what you carry into a new setting.
Internal Family Systems helps us hear the part that wants to prove itself and the part that is tired of trying. Psychodynamic ideas connect current reactions with older experiences of belonging. Narrative work lets us question what a successful move is supposed to look like. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to slow down arguments about availability and hear the wish for closeness beneath them.
