Online Therapy
Online Therapy in Los Angeles
For Los Angeles adults and couples balancing work, traffic, and relationships. Online care avoids another cross-city commute; in-person sessions with me are also available in Manhattan Beach.
What You Bring
Two calendars can leave very little time together.
Entertainment and tech work can involve shifting demands, uncertain plans, and the feeling that you should always be available. Add a long commute and there may be little energy left for a partner. You might postpone a conversation until the weekend, then find yourself too tired to have it. I work with adults and couples who want to understand how those pressures interact with older patterns, not simply organize their calendars better.
How Online Sessions Work
Therapy without crossing Los Angeles
We use secure video from a private setting while you are in California, Arizona, or Missouri. Give yourself the full session, rather than joining while driving or between interruptions. If video drops, we reconnect and follow the phone contingency discussed before treatment. I am licensed in California, Arizona, and Missouri. You can also consider my Manhattan Beach office, with its exact location shared after consultation, and discuss moving between formats.
Session Options
Individual and Couples Conversations

Individual Therapy
In 45-minute individual sessions, we can talk about emotional exhaustion, family expectations, or difficulty switching out of work mode. Your experience matters even when the workload cannot change immediately.

Couples Therapy
In 60-minute couples sessions, partners can bring resentment, intimacy, or plans that keep getting postponed. We look at what each of you needs and how those needs get expressed.

The schedule may reveal something about the relationship.
Emotionally Focused Therapy helps couples slow down a repeating cycle around availability, criticism, and withdrawal. Internal Family Systems can help an adult hear the part that keeps pushing and the part that feels neglected. Psychodynamic work connects those responses to earlier relationships. Narrative ideas let us question stories about always having to be productive. I am direct and kind, and we decide together where to focus.
