Hi, I’m Naomi Lutz.

Born and raised in Germany, my curiosity about different cultures deepened when I moved to the U.S. My passion for connecting with people inspired me to study psychology in college, where I truly fell in love with the field. Since then, I’ve embarked on a journey of self-discovery, guiding and supporting the incredible individuals I work with as they navigate their own paths.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in kindness. Yes, I will be kind to you but more importantly, I will remind you to be kind to yourself. Often, we are our own harshest critics, unaware of the impact this self-criticism can have on our well-being.

I believe change doesn't have to be forced; it can stem from a genuine conviction that it is the right path forward.

Free 15-Minute Consultation – We’ll chat about your concerns and goals to see if we’re a good fit.
First Session – I’ll create a space where both of you feel safe and heard, and each partner will have the opportunity to share their perspective on how you got to this point in your relationship. This session lays the foundation for fairness, understanding, and a productive journey forward.
Ongoing Therapy – We’ll begin by identifying the core issues in your relationship and setting clear goals for what you want to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work through guided conversations and practical exercises to help you reconnect, communicate more effectively, and support each other in a healthy way.
